The Selmi Chocolate Mould Loader is a reinforced and redesigned accessory designed for the Tuttuno OneShot chocolate depositing machine. It operates by connecting to a compressed air source and automatically feeds moulds into the machine’s injection section.
Thanks to the belt width increased to 400 mm, it can work with standard and large-format moulds. The 9-nozzle injection system significantly increases production speed by filling moulds up to 380 mm wide at the same time. With a capacity to fill 6 moulds per minute, it meets medium- and high-volume production needs.
The machine, which offers injection capability into 400×600 mm standard trays, enables the precise transfer of praline, ganache, truffle, and various chocolate fillings into the mould. It works in full integration with the Selmi Tuttuno OneShot 9 machine to create a continuous production flow.
