In-Mold Chocolate Filling Line
SELMI MOULD LOADER 175
An automatic loader used only for the vibration and filling of polycarbonate moulds in the production of chocolate shells (mould size 275 x 175 mm). The system uses the TOP EX tempering machine.
It has three mould holding areas and a work station: Filling can be done either through a perforated spray plate or directly from the tempering machine, and subsequent mould cleaning is carried out by scraping.
