Selmi Roaster 101
Roaster 101 is an innovative countertop roaster thanks to its ability to fit into extremely small spaces and its adoption of the Vertiflow roasting system with core temperature control.
This machine was created to meet the needs of commercial operations that prefer visual roasting as a sign of the conscious self-production of the perfect coffee.
Single-phase voltage, low power consumption, and compact dimensions make it easy to place the machine in any environment, taking into account the need for connection to a small chimney.
