Built on a wheeled stainless steel frame. Equipped with 4 loading hoppers for green (raw) coffee. The ROASTER has a mechanical conveyor that drops the roasted coffee into the 4 storage hoppers using a special elevator.
It is possible to select a previously saved recipe via the Touch Screen control panel: the required product quantity for the roasting coffee blend is distributed into each hopper.
The roaster uses a particularly versatile original and special air cyclone system, specifically for roasting the coffee bean from the center (patented vertiflow® system).
